A great leader always refuses to lie, steal or deceive. A great leader is trustworthy. To think of a great example, think of who you know or work with that you know you can ask to do something and fully trust that they will get the job done correctly, ethically and within time constraints. This is a great leader. People in a work environment know who these people are. No matter what title, they are the "go to" person or persons in an organization.
